Vadella Launches Updated Website
Vadella has launched a new website, marking the next step in its growth and bringing together its expanding portfolio of specialist operating companies under a single, unified Group platform.
Backed by private equity firm Blixt, Vadella is building a UK wide testing, inspection certification and compliance (TICC) business, helping organisations in the built environment manage risk, meet regulations and maintain safe, compliant environments. The group has expanded its presence by acquiring several established, sector-leading businesses across the built environment. More recently, the Group has completed a refinancing with Clearwater, further strengthening its platform for continued growth.
Today, Vadella comprises five specialist operating companies, including Aquarius Water Solutions, Team Safety Services, Horizon Specialist Contracting, Green Zone Surveys and Bradley Environmental Consultants. Each delivers expert services within their respective fields.
The new website provides an overview of the services delivered across the Group, spanning water, air quality and ventilation, electrical and fire, hazardous materials, lightning protection/height safety and health and safety consultancy. It has been designed to give customers greater visibility of the full range of capabilities available, while continuing to reflect the strength and expertise of each individual business.
The “Powered by Vadella” approach supports each business in taking its next step, while maintaining the culture and strengths that have made it successful. In practice, this means enabling operating companies to scale through shared expertise, stronger relationships and Group support, while retaining their individual identity and customer focus, underpinned by a culture of partnership.
Vadella is actively expanding its portfolio and is in advanced discussions with a number of high-quality businesses across the built environment compliance sector. The Group looks forward to welcoming further operating companies to the network in the months ahead.
James Knight, Group CEO of Vadella, said:
“What excites me most is that we are not trying to build a corporate monolith. The businesses we bring into the Group are already excellent; our job is to give them the platform, the relationships and the backing to go further than they could alone. We are still in the early stages of what Vadella will become, and I am looking forward to welcoming more outstanding businesses into the network in the coming months”
